Who We Are

Shrine to the Vine is the wine shops and delivery service owned by Dan Keeling (below right) and Mark Andrew (left), the duo behind London’s award-winning Noble Rot magazine and restaurants, and Keeling Andrew & Co wine importer. Our mission is simple – to celebrate the best of wine culture – and we only sell wines that we would be excited to drink ourselves, typically farmed in as sustainable way as possible, and that represent the people and places where they’re from. Dan Keeling has won three Louis Roederer awards and one Fortnum & Mason award for his writing about wine and food. As well as Noble Rot magazine, he has written for the Financial Times, The Spectator and Melody Maker, and was previously managing director of Island Records. Mark Andrew is one of very few people to have become a Master of Wine, and has a special interest in Greece. 

Dan and Mark’s bestselling first book, Wine from Another Galaxy, won best ‘drinks book’ at The Guild of Food Writers Awards 2021.
